My Wednesday

Okay, so I didn't get it done last night, too much going on around bed time, then I got to watching the Presidential Debate. So here it is.

7:45am-Drop off Harley at school then back home for the rest of the kids.
8:30am-Here's Mason walking to where his class lines up, and the view from my car as I pull up to the drop off zone
8:40am-Arrive at Spencer's preschool early. He doesn't have to be there until 9:00am so it gives me a chance to put my make-up on in the car before we go in. Why drive home only to be there for 10 minutes and have to leave again. It takes that long just to get Spencer in the car and wait for him to buckle up. :)

Spencer killing time checking for gum disease while I get my make-up done. Funny boy. He loves to come sit in the front seat!!
9:00am-Spencer finally gets to go into preschool. Every day he has to stop in the preschool office and give Mrs. Jones a big hug. She's the preschool director and she's awesome! She has a few grand kids so she totally eats it up. And on most days he also has to go down the hall to give Mrs. Rosbach a hug also. She was his teacher last year and she loves to see her "old" kids.

After I took Spencer in and have him a hug and kiss I went back out to the car to get my camera. I sat behind a shelf for about 10 minutes while he worked on puzzles. He didn't see me. I was trying to get a picture of him sticking out his tongue while he was concentrating. It's hilarious! Never did get it.
After leaving preschool I had a couple errand to run, which I forgot to take pictures of. Craft Warehouse to get some paper for a project I was helping Jill with. Perused the isles of Target and left empty handed. Then I decided since I didn't have any kids with me I would go into Pier 1. I never go in there, usually have kids or don't have the time. Left empty handed there also.
11:25am- Quickly pick up Spencer from Preschool and get out of there as FAST as I can. Hurry back to Jason Lee to pick up Mason when he gets out 11:35am.
Phew, we made it! Home for lunch but I have to make room on the counter so the dishes need to be done.
PBJ, yum. Alex is glad he's not home for this great lunch. I wish I was at work with Alex to have something better. :)

12:30ish- Pick up and vacuum living room while boys play outside. Luckily it's been nice out still. They love to play in the back yard! Good old dirt! Plus throw in a load of laundry. Get a chance to sit at the computer for a bit. Throw in another load of laundry, fold the first. Take dishes out of dishwasher.

3:40pm-Back to Jason Lee to pick up Cierra from after school Marimba.
4:00pm-Head over to Cheif Jo for Harley's volleyball game. Today I don't have any extra kids so I get to watch the game and take pictures but pictures in the gym are hard. I should have taken the better camera! Oh ya, they won!
There was a gal sitting behind us that commented that Spencer was a cutie! Of course she's right. Then when the game was over she made anther comments about how "stinkin' cute" he was and that I had better watch out for him. I know! I think Spencer knows how cute he is and uses that!

Goofy Spencer in the car after the game. What a ham!
After the game everyone hangs out doing their own thing while I fix dinner in a hurry before Harley has to leave for Mutual at 7:00.

Mason doing what he loves, playing his Nintendo DS.

Spencer watching Monsters Inc.

Harley trying to make a dent in her homework pile before Mutual.

After dinner Harley's off to Mutual. Then I have to pin Mason down to get his homework done. Cierra's in her favorite spot to watch tv...my bed!
8:30pm-Harley's home from Mutual and trying to get all her homework done.
Story time for Mason and Spencer
Nightlty good night call to Alex
9:00pm-Boys in bed, late.
Girls are still up. Harley's still working on homework and Cierra has a hard time going to bed when Harley's not there.
10:00pm- By now the girls are in bed and I start watching the replay of the Presidential Debate. I only watched half of it and turned off the tv. I have it recorded thanks to DVR!!
What a day!

A week in my life

So there's this huge thing going on in blog world. I'm a little late in the game! Stacy Julian from Simple Scrapbooks has made a challenge for scrappers and bloggers to make a little album of a week in your life, plus more. Here's the link to her site where you can read about it if you haven't heard. You have to scroll down to the beginning of October.
All day I've been snapping pictures. At least I'll have one day in my life documented if I don't get the whole week done (I'm going to try and get a couple pictures each day). So later tonight I'll get all these picture on here about my day, which is pretty typical these days. I haven't taken many pictures lately so I need to get my 10 pictures and get that little book done.

One more picture

Another Mom from Mason's class took this picture of the boys and me. I really like it! And I don't usually like pictures of myself. It's a little scratchy looking because she actually gave me the picture today (wow, she's efficient) so I had to scan it. I need to ask her to email it to me. But I still like it!

Day at the Zoo. I mean...Pumpkin Patch

What a crazy morning!! Mason and all his classmates loaded the school bus and headed out to Pasco to visit the Country Mercantile. They have really fun things for school kids to do. Mostly it's just preschool and kindergarten kids that come. Then there's the families that come at night and on the weekends. The problem is that they are becoming so popular that I think they are taking advantage of that. There must have been at least 4 school buses there today. There were kids EVERYWHERE!!!! From Jason Lee we had two classes, close to 50 kids! The kids were supposed to stay with their group, the same group they sit with at school. We all know what happens when you get a bunch of excited kids to a place like that, group, what group? Plus keeping track of what class kids were in was a little difficult also.

Of course the kids had a great time. They have huge hay pyramid for the kids to climb on, a hay maze made out of hay bales, a small barn with animals to pet and then of course the tractor pulled hay ride out to the pumpkin patch. The kids are instructed that they have to pick a pumpkin that they can carry by themselves. Quite a few kids need reminding of that rule, including my son! I kept telling him that we would come as a family with Daddy and he could get a big pumpkin then.

The kids were also given a snack while they were there, a cookie and some kind of juice. I was just so hard to keep all those kids together. In fact, one little girl towards the end picked up her pumpkin from the pile and proceeded to walk to the bus. Then when we were checking all our groups we found she was missing. Luckily there's enough staff there with radios that they were all on it and found her in no time, walking to the bus. But that's what happens when they cram so many kids in one day!!

Getting pictures proved to be a little difficult with all the chaos. So these aren't real great.
Mason and his friend from school, who's also in his Primary Class.
Spencer with his perfect pumpkin.
Spencer and Becky.
Let's feed a bunch of kids sugar cookies and juice. :)
Mason was the first to make it out of the hay bale maze.
Mason with his small pumpkin, yet notice how much larger it is than the couple around him?
Spencer had no problem reaching right in to pet animals.
And the pig? Just had to take his picture.

Spencer on the hay pyramid (top). Mason at the top of the pyramid. He was the first one up there too.

Pumpkin Day!!

To say Mason is excited is an understatement. Kindergartners at Jason Lee go to the pumpkin patch every year. I think he's more excited to ride the school bus than he is about the pumpkin patch itself. We usually go to the pumpkin patch as a family so that's nothing new to him. But getting to ride the school bus only comes once in a blue moon for him. Of course I plan to take lots of pictures while we are there. Spencer and I will drive out separate and meet the kids there. Spencer is sad that he doesn't get to ride the bus also. I keep telling him he'll get his turn when he's in kindergarten too. But he's pretty happy about picking out his own pumpkin. I'll post pictures later today when things have settled down a bit.

New phone, no blogging! Until Now

NEW PHONE. Well, my sisters and I have been way behind on blogging updates. At least it's not just me. So a few months ago, June maybe, we switched cell phone providers and I got a new cell phone. I love it. It's the ATT Tilt. I really like it because it syncs to my Outlook. So I get all my calendar reminders on my computer and on my cell. I also have email and internet. The downside...since I get my email's on my phone I'm not on the computer as much. I used to get on the computer at least 3 times a day to check email, read blogs and whatever. Now that I'm not on the computer as much that also translates into not updating my blog. Other times I find myself reading every one's blogs and then run out of time to update mine. So I need to make a goal of updating my blog more often.

HALLOWEEN. I've been busy sewing Halloween costumes for my kids. They always have very distinct ideas of what they want!! And dang it, they never want to coordinate with each other. That's only happened a couple of times and never with all four of them. This year Harley is going to be Mini Mouse. I just finished her dress today, well, except for the hem. It went really fast, which made me happy. Cierra is a Bomber Cheerleader. I must say that her outfit looks AWESOME!!! I was so proud of myself. Thanks to Kris for helping me get "Bombers" on the front with my mom's machine. It totally completes the costume. Cierra loves it. She wants to hit games at Richland High just so she can wear her new cheer leading costume. Mason decided that he wanted to be a Night. I did everything I could to convince Spencer that he needed to be dragon but he was also dead set on being a Night with his brother. It would have been so cool! At least they aren't[ completely matching Nights. Spencer's is the last costume I have to sew and it's only Oct. 11. How awesome is that!!! I really need to get pictures of each costume and get them on here.

BABY UPDATE. I am now 29 weeks. It's always amazing how at first 40 weeks (9 months) seems like it will take so long but as soon as I hit 20 weeks it seems to start to fly by. Now I'm almost 30 weeks With he approach of the Holidays that time will fly even faster! I have a nice little kick boxer always getting a work out. Unfortunately it's always on my bladder. It's not just that constant need to go, but he will kick and I feel like I might have an accident. Then that feeling's gone. It really is kind of strange! I now have a nice belly on me also. There should be no mistaking it now, you would think. I still had someone come up to me at church and congratulate me like they had just heard (or noticed). Well, they must not have been at church the day my mom announced in RS that I was pregnant. I had a doctor's appointment the other day and had an ultrasound. Everything looks great. Long baby! I was even given a little 3-D of my baby's face. That was so cool! Although the little stinker had his hand up by his face and wouldn't move it. But still very neat.
Since Spencer I pretty much got rid of everything, except the large items. So I have no baby clothes. I'm so sad about that, ha ha ha. What a great reason to go shopping. Styles change, need new stuff, right :) Maybe some faint part of me hopes that the ultrasound was wrong and HE will come out and be a SHE. Cierra would be sooooooo happy if that happened. But I really doubt the lady that does my ultra sounds is wrong. She's awesome. I've known her since before Harley was born. I used to babysit her son, and now he 16! She's done ultrasounds for all my kids and never been wrong! I don't think she's ever wrong. Which brings me to a new topic.

ULTRASOUNDS. I learned from my ultrasound lady, who will remain nameless, that in Washington you do not have to be certified to give ultrasounds!!! Are you kidding me?!!! It's one thing to have an ultrasound for fun, to look at the baby, see if it's a boy or girls, do the 3-D thing. But it's completely different when you are having an ultrasound done for medical reasons, which is why most Dr. offices do them, AND bill them to insurance. So there is a doctor here where I live who has a gal doing his ultrasounds that is not certified, had not official educational training or anything. Do their patients even know! I would be totally ticked if I found that how. How does she know what to look for? To make matters worse, this particular doctor was doing ultrasounds at a recent community event and had some women freaking out because they thought something was wrong with their baby. Girls going to the hospital, calling their doctors. I can't believe there isn't some kind of regulation on that.. Crazy. I know that my gal has gone to college, been trained, certified and continues to update her knowledge on what she does!

Now that I've given you plenty of things to read I'll call it quits!

Mommy Time!

All the kids are now back in school. I have three mornings a week all to myself. That is....if I don't have any preschool help days. Then in a month or so I'll start helping in Mason's kindergarten class too. So I'm trying to make the most of my Mommy Time alone!! I've hit a ton of stores ALL BY MYSELF! The boys can only take so much of looking at craft stores, scrapbook stores and waiting for me to try on clothes. It's such a nice change to do all that by myself. And faster! I've moved all my scrapbooking stuff into the little room downstairs and have been trying to get everything organized. I have to make the most of my wall space, which is very limited. I put up one set of shelves on a small wall but the large wall needs some shelves also so I can get everything up off the floor and actually have room to move my chair. :)

Alex left last Thursday for a long elk hunting trip with some hunting buddies. We are all missing him. Usually he's only gone for a few nights. It's nice that he can still call home at night so the kids and I can talk to him. We're all looking forward to seeing him tomorrow!

Back to School!!!

Harley and Cierra had their first day of school yesterday. They were very excited. Harley is now in 7th grade and Cierra is in 5th grade. Harley is excited that now she is a 7th grader they no longer have to sit on the gym floor when they have assemblies, now they get to sit in the bleachers. It's funny the things they get hyped up about. Last year it was the fact that she could now wear flip flops to school because the elementary school doesn't let kids wear flip flops to school because they are running and playing on the playground. Cierra is REALLY looking forward to that one. My girls live in flip flops!!

Now that Cierra is in 5th grade she gets to go to Camp Wooten in March. That's the big event for 5th graders at Jason Lee Elementary. Jim Ryder, a 5th grade teacher, is one of the first people to start the program some 30 years ago! I went to Camp Wooten when I was in 5th grade, and had Mr. Ryder as a 5th grade teacher! It is such a fun experience for these kids. Last year I had the privilege of attending camp as part of the teaching staff. That was loads of fun and I would go every year if I can. I'm still trying to figure out the plan for this year since I will have a 3 month old at that time. Cierra REALLY wants me to go with her since I went with Harley for two years. Once in 5th grade and once in 6th grade as a TA for camp. So I have lots of planning to do to figure that one out, or Cierra will disown me forever, ha ha.

Mason and Spencer have a couple of days before they start school. The starting of Kindergarten at Jason Lee is a slightly long process. Long story short, orientation on Friday and then his first official day will be Tuesday. He's very pumped about Kindergarten and he has an awesome teacher!! Spencer will have preschool orientation on Wednesday for an hour and then his first day is on Friday. It will be nice to have a few mornings all to myself, until Christmas anyway. :) I have a little tradition of getting first day of school pictures of my kids. I think they get annoyed! But at least I didn't take a picture of Cierra IN her classroom like I normally do on the first day. She's lucky she's a Peer Helper at Jason Lee. She needed to be at the school early so she could help other kids find their classrooms so I had to leave her and get on with my day. An of course Harley's off the hook for the classroom pictures.
Cierra and Harley. Oops, Harley blinked!
Look, that's better, she actually has eyes.

Cierra donning her usual pink attire. Although I don't know if this qualifies for a "pink outfit" there really isn't much pink today. But notice that back pack :)

This Kid is Bored!!!

Talk about time to go back to school!! Spencer and Mason seem to be "at it" all the time lately. They are really getting bored at home and are more than ready to go back to school. Spencer and Mason have a couple more days until they start Kindergarten and Preschool. Yeah for Mommy!!!
So in between antagonizing his sisters and Mason this is what Spencer found for himself to kill the time. What a wacko!

Busy Summer

Wow, I think I've been busy this summer! I was asked to be the YCL (Youth Camp Leader) Leader for girls camp, which was in July. There are many, many meetings that go along with that and trying to get all the girls together and make sure they are doing what they are supposed do be doing was a good challenge! That occupied most of my time up until camp. Now that camp is over I can just let out a big sigh of relief. It was a fun week at camp though. I had a GREAT group of girls and they were awesome at camp. I kept hearing all week how everyone loved my YCL's and thought they were doing a great job. This years camp theme was Journey to Higher Ground and everything was western. We were the YCL Posse.

Since Harley is 12 she was able to go also. She had a great time too. She was lucky to have her good friend Sarah come back home for the summer and go to girls camp with her! I knew she would have a great time. We love to go camping as a family so I had no worries about her.

Since I am pregnant Alex had to (got to) go with me to camp also. He also had a good time. Somehow my YCL's convinced him to let them paint a target on the back of his head. They got a kick out of that!

If any of you didn't know, I'm expecting my 5th baby. I'm about 19 weeks right now and I'm feeling great! I'm pretty lucky to have easy pregnancies. I was a tiny bit sick at the very beginning with this one but it's all gone now. I think I have started to feel a tiny bit of movement the last week or so. It will be fun when my kids can start to feel the baby kick. I have a ultrasound next week and and I'm planning on taking Harley and Cierra with me. After that we'll start picking out a name. I haven't even given it any thought yet. Both of my sisters are pregnant also! That makes it more fun to have cousins very close in age!

My next project I have gotten myself into is doing a scrapbooking project for a big Tri-Ward Super Saturday at church. I made an acrylic album and people can sign up and pay to make it. As soon as we start getting sign ups then I'll have to start making kits like mad! It's pretty easy though and I have people who are willing to help me cut out paper too.

Fun Fun Fun!!

Well, we did it, we bought a boat. We have always talked about the possibility of getting one and how much fun it would be but I think we both thought it would be a while. We found a 1992 Reinell at a great price, and then Alex even got them to lower it more so that was even better! It's in really good condition and runs great. We took it for a test drive on Friday morning and by that evening we had a boat parked in front of our house. It's kind of weird actually! The previous owners also gave us a couple pairs of skiis, some life jackets and an intertube with it. All the girls cared about was the tube!! Saturday morning we loaded up the boat and headed over to Leslie Groves to take it out. Needless to say the kids were VERY excited! The girls have been tubing quite a few times thanks to Dan and Wendy and their willingness to share their boat with my kids when we go to Charbonneau. They boys aren't quite ready to ride the tube yet and are just as happy to sit in the boat. We plan on buying a larger tube so the girls can lay down. Dan and Wendy have a Banzai, so that's what my girls want of course. We'll have to look at what's our there.
We're looking forward to lots of fun on the river this summer. I wouldn't mind learning how to ski again. I haven't done that since I was a teenager with church groups. But that will have to wait until next summer when I'm not pregnant.

Alex showed me all the things I need to do when I take the boat out. I already warned him that I would be taking it out during the week while he's gone. But I would like to take it out with him a few times until I'm more comfortable with the whole process. I wouldn't do it all by myself, I would take my sister with me, which will be fun!

So here's the pictures from our first outing on our very own boat. It's kind of hard to take good pictures on a bumpy boat and up close! We loved it!!

New Toy!!

Just a few random photos with our new camera. I told Alex a couple of months ago that I think I would like to have a nice digital SLR camera. That was all that needed to be said!!! It was kind of like that commercial where the wife says to her husband that she thinks it's time for a new TV. Then you hear the song in the background "I want it all!!!" So we are now the proud owners of the mother load camera. It's very nice. I don't even know how to use all the great features it has. I'm lucky to be able to take pictures with it and get them on my computer. It's not that hard really and I'll learn all the fun things with it soon enough.
What is it about the need to take pictures of kids while they are sleeping. I love it! Spencer crashed right in the middle of the living room after a day at the pool!
This was one of the first pictures I took with the new camera. It really is amazing at how nice the pictures do turn out with a better camera!
Our Rocky, all tuckered out at Charbonneau. Takes a lot of work to bark and jump around all day at everyone that passes by.
Spencer, what a ham! I would have settled for a nice smile too.
Cierra. Great camera! Not so great to see the close up of the dirty glasses.
As the boys were riding their bikes out front I took pictures of random things just to see how nice the camera would focus on different things. What nice toes I have. Again, the camera is so good that you can see every little crease and wrinkle on my feet. Too funny!

Tagged!! Unspectacular Quirks

Rules
1. Link the person who tagged you. Allie
2. Post these rules.
3. Tell about six unspectacular quirks.
4. Tag six fellow bloggers by link. (or less)

Well, I would have to agree with almost all of my sister's quirks as quirks of my own but here are a few of my own.

1. It does not bother me to talk about disgusting things during dinner (unlike my mother). Poopy pants, snot, hair in food, surgery channel, nothing, just doesn't bother me.

2. Allie and I are definitely our mother's daughter. I also can walk into a room and notice pictures that are crooked, be sitting in church and have it really bug me that a table cloth is not straight. Hate that!

3. I can wash and fold 20 baskets of laundry, no problem, but don't ask me to put them away!

4. This one goes along with number 3. I will load the dishwasher every time, just don't ask me to take them out and put them away, that's Allie's job.

5. My feet get so dry in summer from constant flip flop wearing that an orbital sander would do wonders on my feet.

6. Like my sister, I too need some chocolate during the day, followed by something salty, and then something sweet, and then something salty again. It's a vicious cycle I tell ya!!!

I tag: Dyana, Joy and Erika H. I don't have enough blogger friends.

I'm Not The Groomer

Rocky, our schnauzer, got into something that made him a little "crusty" in some places. I have no idea what it was, plus he was not smelling real great either! So I decided to give him a good brushing and a good scrubbing today. Let me just say that I would not ever want to be a groomer. For one, my allergies would not allow it, and second, how in the world they wash dogs without getting completely soaked is beyond me. Rocky goes to the groomer about once a month but today he totally acted like that was the first time he has ever been washed. I DO NOT like the way he looks when he's wet. He looks so scrawny!! Anyway, he does look better now that he's all clean and dry. And he smells better too!

This and That

Well, if any of you have not heard the news yet......Baby number 5 is on the way! Everyone keeps telling me that this will be the tie breaker. Two girls and two boys. I keep teasing Alex that it's twins. Ha ha ha. Of course the boys are hoping for a baby brother and the girls are keeping their fingers crossed for a baby sister. With the news of a new baby on the way comes the need for more space. We have our eye on a larger house and are hoping that everything goes as planned for that. I'll keep you posted.

Turtle News! While my parents were camping over Memorial Day weekend I was keeping watch on their house, bringing in mail and the paper, watering flowers and such. Then one day I made a very exciting discovery. I was watering the flowers under her front windows when a I saw a small turtle in the dirt. At first I thought it was a little figurine then figured it had to be real since my Mom doesn't buy that type of stuff. Sure enough, it was real and moving! After I picked up Mason from school I rushed him right over to see the turtle and he fell in love with that little guy. He wanted to keep him so bad!!! We just don't have room in our house for a turtle tank, contrary to Mason's opinion. He tried to come up with every possible place we could stash that turtle. So for the next few days we would stop by and check on him. When my parents returned from camping my Mom said she saw him crawling across the driveway and returned him to his spot in the garden, this happened twice. But he was bound and determined to travel so we have not seen the turtle since his last driveway crossing!

Wedding! Alex's sister, Teri was married on May 24th. It was a very beautiful day, the weather was great and everything turned out really nice. Spencer was so funny at the reception! A bunch of the Pospical group was sitting at a table when Spencer walks up and tries to take one of the chairs. When we asked him where he was taking it he simply replied that he was going to watch and see when Teri and Rich get married. We reminded them that they were married in the Temple earlier that day. Aunt Amy then suggested that maybe he watch and see if they kiss. Spencer sat in that chair staring at them in the receiving line for about 15 minutes waiting for them to kiss and finally gave up. Later in the evening he found a nice spot on the floor to continue his search for "the kiss." I had to let Teri in on Spencer's plan. Teri and Rich got a kick out of that and finally gave Spencer what he was waiting for. What a funny boy!

Oregon Trail. The fourth graders at Jason Lee Elementary have a unit where they study about the Oregon Trail and some Washington History. They get to visit the Whitman Mission for a day and they also go on their own "Oregon Trail" around the neighborhood. They are put in Families, make a flower sack baby, make covers for their wagons, and learn about many of the places those pioneers made stops at along the way. Then they head out on their trail. They have stops along the way and have to answer questions and make choices. I was lucky enough to get to witness these "pioneers" on their journey as they passed my homestead. I was also able to magically make it rain while they walked passed. I'm sure there were troubling times on their journey west. Hoses are a wonderful thing!

Father Son Campout

Wow, I really haven't been on in a while. Life sure gets busy!
The first weekend in May was the Father-Son Camp out for our Ward. From the tine Alex told the boys he was taking them camping until the day they actually got to go was a little over a month probably. EVERY weekend Mason would ask if this was the time Daddy was taking him camping. I kept having to tell him how many more weekends until the camp out. My boys, as well as my girls too, LOVE to go camping so they could hardly wait to be able to go with just Daddy!! Alex was able to come home from Seattle Thursday night and head out early on Friday with the boys. My parents were kind enough to lend him their camp trailer so I spent the week making sure the boys had everything in there they needed. On Friday Alex loaded up all the fishing gear and we finished running last minute errands and they were on the road by about noon. They went to Lewis And Clark Campground near Dayton Washington. The group campsite that was reserved for our ward was NOT very big! The trailer sites they had were hardly large enough to get the trailer in so Alex just parked the trailer right in the middle of the group campsite. He was the first one there. Most Dads don't' get to leave until after they get off work on Friday. After Alex got the trailer all set up he took the boys fishing for the rest of the afternoon. Alex invited his Dad to come up and sleep in the trailer with them also so Mason and Spencer were excited to have Grandpa Max with them too. Once all the other Fathers and Sons got to the campsite it was quite a field of tents! Mason and Spencer had a great time playing with all the other boys around. They were so tired they were ready to climb into their sleeping bags by 9:00pm!!!

Meanwhile...Harley, Cierra and I had a nice time at home with just the girls! I told the girls we could go to dinner and then see a movie so they chose Old Country Buffet. Cierra LOVES that place! I guess I can't complain when kids eat for $1.99. I took them to see Nim's Island and they really enjoyed that movie. When we headed home I realized it's kind of odd not having the boys at home. I'm used to the girls being gone at a sleepover and I'm used to Alex being gone but I always have the boys.

Saturday morning I get a call about 7:00am from Alex and the fun had ended for them! Spencer woke up around 5:30am and threw up in his sleeping bag! All I have to say is I'm glad I wasn't there! Alex doesn't handle throwing up well so if it happens at home I always have to take care of it. I'm glad he HAD TO this time. It's good for them! Ha ha. But I was sad that they were not able to spend the day fishing like they had planned. Luckily Alex had the trailer to sit in while they waited for all the tents to clear out before they could leave. By the time they got home Spencer was done throwing up. So I didn't get any of it. Spencer laid on the couch for a few hours and then he wanted to go out and play. It was all I could do to keep him down. I didn't' want him to make himself sick again. By that night he was fine. We kept him home from Church the next day just to be safe but he definitely was fine! Alex told the boys they would have to do a redo on the camp out sometime soon. So guess what the boys keep asking me every week???
