Have you ever tried to get 17 kids under 13 years old (the majority under 9) to sit still and face forward long enough to capture a decent picture? We had about 5 cameras going and we only got one or two good ones out of 30-40 pictures. It's actually funny to look through all the other pictures. It's so funny to see the personalities off all the kids showing through the photos. We learned that next time we need to take the picture of all the grandkids with Grandma and Grandpa FIRST. We didn't manage to get a good picture of that :(

We have tried the grandkid picture over and over (but with only 15 or so). I think your picture is great! At least no one is crying or turning their heads to look at the crying kid in yours.
